What is central technical surveillance 24-hours a day?

Central technical surveillance, based on the alarm systems and other means of security, monitors all the activities happening in the facility 24-hours a day. In the case of emergency immediately arrives the mobile patrol crew.

Alarm system consists of:

1. Safety alarm devices: motion infrared detectors, acoustic glass break and impact sensors, magnetic sensors, as well as other specialized detectors, alarm panel, alarm keyboard (manual), panic buttons.
   
2. Transmitter, which sends signal to the Central monitoring terminal. The signal can be transmitted in various ways (by Radio channel, GSM channel, telephone line).
   
3. Central monitoring terminal, which works incessantly 24-hours a day. Our operators register, analyze and process incoming signals from the facilities and later this information is stored in the Central monitoring terminal archive for some definite period of time.

The alarm system is connected to "EVOR" Central monitoring terminal. The terminal operators monitor the facility 24-hours a day and in the case of need send the mobile patrol crew to the facility.

Burglar alarm

­Burglar alarm is unlawful intrusion into the facility or attempt to break into it, as well as deliberate or unintentional operational defects of alarm systems. In a case of burglar alarm there is received a signal to "EVOR" Central monitoring terminal and the mobile patrol crew is immediately sent to the facility.

"EVOR" possesses the biggest number of mobile patrol crews located in Riga and around all territory of Latvia. After arriving at the guarded facility, responding to the incoming alarm signal, "EVOR" mobile patrol crew guards follow the entire prerequisite measures in accordance with Latvian legislation to protect the client's health, life and property from the unlawful jeopardy. They hold up the perpetrators and hand them over to the State police officers.

Currently, responding to the burglar alarm, "EVOR" mobile patrol crews make about 150 patrolling rides a day, including high exposure facilities: cafes, shops, bars, gambling houses (casinos) and night clubs. In 2008 there was an increase in the number of detainees. Our security guards have handed 450 perpetrators over to the State police officers.

At the client's will our company provides the option to activate SMS and e-mail receiving mode about different events happening in the client's facility, such as opening, closure, burglar alarm, damage of the equipment, disturbance in electrical supply and so on. Owing to this kind of service the client is well informed about all events happening in his facility 24 hours a day.

In addition, "EVOR" Central monitoring terminal can make fire-prevention surveillance. In case of incoming alarm signal from the fire detection system in the client's facility our mobile patrol crew arrives there and in the meantime our operators inform the client about the emergency and if necessary call also a fire brigade.

Panic button

"EVOR" Ltd. offer their clients - both legal entities and individuals - extra safety solution. The panic buttons can function as both stationary and portable bibelots.

In case of incoming alarm signal to the Central monitoring terminal, when there is pushed the panic button in the facility, the operator immediately sends there a mobile patrol crew.

We suggest installing this safety device in the facilities which work 24 hours a day and also in high exposure facilities (night clubs, shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, popshops, currency exchange areas, gambling houses or casinos).
